Floor stripping and treatment
Mechanical or chemical stripping of hard floors, removal of cement laitance, and polishing or crystallisation depending on the floor covering. Shampooing of carpets and textiles.
Residue removal
Removal of labels, protective films, glue marks, silicone residue and plaster stains from sanitaryware, wall tiles and fittings.
Cleaning common areas
Entrance halls, stairwells, lifts, car parks and plant rooms: a full clean of shared spaces in new buildings.
Waste removal
Collection and removal of leftover rubble, packaging and construction waste to approved recycling facilities.

Do you take on large-scale projects?

Do you offer cleaning in several stages?
Yes. On larger projects, we offer a rough clean while work is still under way, a detailed clean once the last trades have left, and then a final finishing clean just before handover.
