How much does cleaning your premises cost?

Every site is different, so we set the price case by case, after a free visit to your premises. These are the factors that determine it.

The factors

What sets the price of a cleaning contract

Floor area and layout

Square metres matter, but so do the number of floors, closed rooms and washrooms, and how easy it is to move around.

Frequency

Daily, three times a week or weekly: frequency can vary from one zone to another (washrooms every day, offices twice a week).

Hours and access

Early morning, evening, weekends, with or without your staff present: hours and access conditions shape how the work is organised.

Services included

Washrooms, kitchens, interior windows, supply of consumables, putting bins out: everything in the specification is priced.

Floor coverings and use

Carpet or hard floors, heavy footfall, sensitive areas (healthcare, children): the time and products needed are not the same.

One-off work

Exterior windows, floor stripping, carpet cleaning: priced separately, or built into the contract at a set frequency.

How we set your price

1

Free visit

We visit your premises to note floor areas, how they are used and your working hours.

2

Specification

We write down, zone by zone, the tasks to carry out and how often. This is the basis of the price.

3

Detailed quote

The quote follows the specification, so you know exactly what is included.

4

Follow-up

The monthly inspection and quarterly review let us adjust the specification if your needs change.

Comparing quotes

Three tips for comparing offers

The same specification

Ask every provider to quote on the same basis: same zones, same tasks, same frequencies. Otherwise the prices cannot be compared.

The time allowed

Ask how many working hours per week the quote allows for. A very low price often hides too little time on site.

Mandatory documents

For a contract of €5,000 excluding VAT or more, you must obtain the provider's URSSAF compliance certificate (attestation de vigilance) when signing, then every six months.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you give a price per square metre?

A price per square metre on its own is misleading: two offices of the same size can need very different amounts of work depending on use and frequency. We price the time actually needed, after a visit.

Do you charge for the visit or the quote?

No. The visit and the quote are free and without obligation.

Can the price change during the contract?

Cleaning contracts usually include an annual review, linked in particular to wage increases under the cleaning industry's collective agreement. The price also changes if you change the specification.
